Spring is right around the corner. Some of the bulb flowers are poking their shoots through the ground in our yard and probably yours too. If you look closely you'll see the buds forming on the trees. New growth. Rebirth. And the rains will be behind us. I'm so excited. It's definitely time to order seeds or plants from your favorite nursery and plan the design for your yard or garden. We're putting in raised beds this year so my 84 year old Dad will still be able to get out and dig in the dirt.

If you're getting a head start on your spring cleaning remember to post any items for sale, or garage sales on the classified page. If you don't want to bother with a sale, be sure to check out some of the charitable organizations on the Merchant Page for a place to drop off any donations that you may have.

If your family's made the decision to add a furry member, be sure to go to the SW Washington Humane Society to visit the four legged bundles of love who are waiting for a forever home. Adopting can save a life and fill yours with love all at the same time. Now that's a WIN~WIN!!
